Part of the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea, Holland Park is another of London's affluent areas as well as being one of most pleasant central London areas to live in, if you can afford it. With it's multi million pound houses, leafy, tree lined streets and perfectly manicured gardens, this part of West London is where the rich live and play. The park, after which this area is named, covers around 54 acres and has an Orangery and an Opera House, as well as the most beautiful youth hostel in the country.
